I put in the wrong shipping information

No worries, mistakes happen!

Kindly note, orders are processed & shipped out within 24 hours of you making your purchase. Once orders are processed & shipped out we can't change your shipping information.

How to request a refund

In order for you to be eligible for a refund you need to return the perfume sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the perfume & inspect it, you then will be issued a full refund.

My package tracking status has not been updating

In some instances, your package tracking status is delayed & not updated, but that does not mean that your package is not currently in transit to your shipping address. It just means that the digital status has a delay in its update, which has no effect on the actual physical package that is smoothly in transit to your shipping address.

I have received faulty/damaged item

We sincerely apologize for this situation, kindly email us with images of the defective product at support@pherotonic.com so that we can open a ticket for you.

How long will my order take to arrive
